We were referred to Kirstin via our selling agent in North Carolina, and our experience couldn't have been better. She was personable and professional, showed us properties that might fit our needs and modest budget in several areas of town that we may not have thought to look, accurately told us what to expect and when, and went above and beyond in fighting for us when the transaction started to break down on the other agent's end. She was excellent in every aspect of the home-buying process, and we would absolutely recommend her and her team to anyone looking for a new home.

Friendly, honest, available, flexible, and post closing follow up. I called her after closing for some mail that I wasn't aware of and she responded immediately. I also requested a referral to a good roof repair after the last storm and the company was excellent. Kristin has become a family friend to my family members.

We were tasked with buying a house during COVID times and while living out of state. Kirstin was our saving grace during it all. She was quick to respond and apt in her knowledge of negotiating. The market was fast-moving and we had a short timeline to find something before our move. Kirstin helped us put in a realistic, yet competitive offer on our house. She was a wealth of knowledge when it came to neighborhoods and resources. While we were awaiting our move, she made sure to connect us with several businesses, people, and resources to help care for and keep watch over our house. What I love about Kirstin is that she doesn't quit once the sale is complete. She continues to touch base and offer us advice, goodies, and opportunities to connect with others in the area. She made us feel welcome upon our arrival, and our move would not have gone as smooth without her!
