When we found out we would be moving to Omaha from Oklahoma City we were looking for someone with a lot of knowledge of the area as we had never been to Omaha, knew no one there, and would likely be doing a lot of house searching online as we could not travel there often to go look at houses. We were referred to Kirstn Brown by several fellow physicals and we could not be happier. We went up for one weekend and she had about 12 houses lined up for us to view that weekend. She was very organized giving us a book of all the homes we would be viewing and their stats along with maps of the area, and a place where I could take notes on each property. She was very informative on the different areas and school districts in relation to where my husband would be working, she also gave me information on things to do in the city for families, great restaurants, and events. After a marathon weekend of house hunting we didn't find "the one". Over the next couple of weeks Kirsten and I communicated daily about new houses that came on the market. If we saw one we liked she would go for a showing and Skype through the home with us even if it was after normal working hours for her. It was a very long process and we finally found a home and were under contract. We trusted her with what we knew we wanted and she came through 100% as we bought that house site unseen. She worked with us tirelessly preparing documents and contracts through all hours of the evening, negotiating on our behalf, and keeping us informed along the way. We now have closed on our home and the entire process was organized and painless which was so reassuring as we were not physically in Omaha. I would recommend Kirsten to anyone looking for a home in any price range in the omaha area. She was very professional and also personable like a friend we had known for years.

Kirstin made the process enjoyable. She considered what we needed and was honest about if a house worked for us. We never felt pressured. When we were looking, she was patient when looking at houses. Also, she was helpful with the buying process and helped understand each step.

I purchased a home through The Brown Stones Group. Specifically, Real Estate Professional, Kirstin Brown went above and beyond to help my fiance and I find the perfect home. Kirstin brought to our attention several things to consider that most first-time home buyers definitely don't think about. She really cared about us and wanted our home to be safe, reasonably priced and beautiful. I've lived in our new home for about 6 months now and I honestly don't have a complaint. Kirstin made the home-buying process (which is normally very stressful) very easy and relaxing. Our experience with Kirstin Brown was simply amazing, we are out of town buyers and we worked with Kirstin over a 3 month period, early on in the process we were asked and we provided our requirements and we were kept totally informed of any current and new listings. Over time our requirements changed and Kirstin was very flexible and completely supported our changes and decisions. The house we finally purchased was a For Sale By Owner and even though the Seller did not want to engage a Realtor she provide us with valuable information and service. We would highly recommend Kirstin Brown and would request her assistance in any of our Real Estate needs in the future.

Kirstin took away ALL the stress of purchasing a house. We're first time home buyers and she made everything simple and easy to understand. I literally did no work except signing documents which THEY DO OVER THE INTERNET!! It made the process go SO fast. It was almost too easy. We couldn't believe it was actually happening because Kirstin & The Brown Stones Group took care of EVERYTHING.

Kirstin Brown is extremely knowledgable in the profession of real estate. I live out of state and had to rely heavily upon her to complete the process. Once the house went on the market, it was under contract in 10 days and sold in less than 30 days. She really knows the market trend and the area. I would recommend her again, again and again
