Kirstin went above and beyond helping me find my home. She was supportive in every way possible. She answered every question I had regarding my property immediately . She listened to every question and concern I had. The experience, for me, was very scary and she took time to talk to me whenever I needed to overcome that apprehension. I had constant contact with her and she took the time to recommend financing perfect for me. She took time to listen to my concerns. I would recommend Kirstin to anyone I know.

Kirstin has been more like a friend than a realtor to us. She found us the perfect home for our new family situation, and worked with us step by step to make it a reality. Words cannot fully capture just how grateful we feel to have found Kirstin. A trusted, out-of-state broker helped us interview several realtors in the area and felt Kirstin to be a perfect match. With that said, she even exceeded our expectations. Being new to Omaha, she listened to our hopes for a home and really helped us narrow down where the best area would be for our family. Her opinions about a home or location were never biased or self-serving and always kept our personal interests/needs a priority. Kirstin was so knowledgeable and resourceful. She actually found our dream home BEFORE it hit the market. We were able to see the home before it got listed and immediately fell in love. Then, she helped negotiate an amazing offer. We were somewhat naive to how stressful the journey to closing can potentially be, and she continued to be such a tremendous support-- helping us sort through the complicated paperwork with lenders and the inspection. Any time we had a question, she was immediately accessible via call or text to offer guidance and support. Kirstin even connected us with wonderful carpeting, painting, plumbing (to name a few) services, so that 90% of the items on our inspection report were complete by the time we moved in. She undoubtedly saved us weeks-worth of doing research or worrying about processes that felt daunting to us. It's very likely that we would still be searching for our home, had we not worked with Kirstin. If you need a realtor, you also need her in your life!

Listed in the fall - closed barely a month within initial listing.Great negotiation skills both with her clients and other agents.Responsiveness was what I liked from the start - she was the first agent to respond to my request for a listing agent and that continued throughout the entire process. Not a question went unanswered and was answered quickly. I never thought I would "enjoy" selling a house-but honestly, she made the whole process easy.
