Kirstin was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find my new home. I was a first time home buyer so I came into the home buying process with very little knowledge. She made the transition from renter to owner very smooth. I even got the home for well under asking price in a tough market thanks to her negotiating skills. I will definitely use her again when it is time for me to move on to my next home.

Kirstin Brown is a very talented realtor. She is knowledgeable, hard-working and very responsive. We enjoyed working with her very much. Our house sold in one day for a price we would have thought was too high (we actually got THREE full price offers!). We would highly recommend Kirstin to anyone.

Kirstin was awesome to work with! She was always timely in getting back to us, and got us in the houses within a day. We appreciated how on top of things she was. She was always extremely prepared. It did not matter if it was just a tour or our closing date, she had any and all information ready for us. She always had answers for us, or could find the answer. We were first time home buyers and she made the process so smooth for us. She had great insight when it came to certain things we may or may not like about houses. She was able to spot potential issues a house may have. She was always looking out for our best interest and we felt like she had our back. We would absolutely recommend her to any and everyone.

Kirstin Brown

Kirstin is probably the most patient real estate agent I've ever dealt with, she was most professional but also most personable. I felt like I was being too picky at times and she always told me that I was just doing the necessary things to find the perfect house for myself. Kirstin was there for me from my first walk through until closing day and never left me without answers or with any uneasy feelings. I will recommend her to everybody I know and I'm truly appreciative of all she did for me to find my perfect home!

If anyone is moving to the Omaha area or moving around the area and are searching for a realtor, I highly suggest Kirstin Brown at NP Dodge! She's awesome and so nice and will help you out to pick a home that you love. She gives the best advice and will tell you her opinion on if a house is worth it or not so you don't choose the wrong house and spend money on a house that would need a lot of potential work that you may not want to do! We were first time buyers and she made the process so easy for us! I can't even put into words how thankful we are that we had her as a realtor because she's just amazing!
