We were referred to Kirstin via our selling agent in another state (Raleigh, NC), and our experience couldn't have been better. She was personable and professional, showed us properties that might fit our needs and modest budget in several different areas of town that we may not have thought to look, accurately told us what to expect and when, and went above and beyond in fighting for us when the transaction started to break down on the other agent's end. She was excellent in every aspect of the home-buying process, and we would absolutely recommend her and her team to anyone looking for a new home!

Kirstin was absolutely wonderful! As an agent she truly understood and respected the budget I was working with. More importantly, as a mother, she understood the importance of location, convenience and safety. Once we got to know each other, it was nothing to get a text from her after 7 or 8pm, at one point she was on vacation and was still sending me texts about potential listings. She was on vacation and still cared enough to take time away to check on my family. She's very honest, she's also loyal to her clients and to herself, not making any promises that she can't deliver. Her ability to build rapport with not only myself but the seller was huge in the purchase of our home. If you want someone who will work for you and with you...... you need to let Kirstin lead you through this process!

Towards the end when I felt like we would never find a place Kirstin kept telling me a house is out there for you! And she was right - we have very specific things we needed in the house and she found one that hit them all!!!

Kirstin is a fabulous realtor, and offered great insight into purchasing a home from the smaller details of closing negotiations to information about the neighborhood, past sales, and quality of renovations. She is very affable and great to work with, and is great at accommodating busy schedules. I was very happy to work with her!
